Kerri Smith, RealtorŪ

 Kerri joined the team in April 2007. After receiving an honors diploma in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin in 1995, she spent 9 years in commercial banking sales at Wells Fargo Bank in Fort Worth, Texas.

 

Kerri works with the team as a supporting real estate agent and is a vital link for our clients within the mortgage lending community.

 

Neil Morgan, RealtorŪ, RECS  - Team/Operations Manager

 Neil handles transactions for commercial properties, raw land, ranch, and other special properties. He is the team photographer, responsible for photographing properties for marketing & custom brochures. Neil holds the designation, Real Estate Computer Specialist (RECS), from the National Association of Realtors. He maintains operations, working with technical consultants to keep Janis Morgan & Associates Realty technologically up to date.

 

 

 

Jule Nordhaus, RealtorŪ, Transaction Coordinator

Jule is the team liaison and stays in contact with the client from contract-to-close. She will coordinate all aspects of the transaction process: provide feedback, address client needs, schedule appointments, create marketing & advertising materials, and provide many other services as needed.  After working for 15 years as a real estate paralegal for a major Dallas law firm  she retired and got her real estate license.  Her background and knowledge is a real asset to the team.  Jule is in the office Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
